Condos for sale in Toronto, the GTA and across Ontario
Condo Connect is a real estate site built around one kind of home. That covers condo apartments, condo townhouses, lofts and penthouses, from studios to family-sized units, in cities across Ontario.
Most searches start with a place. The cities buyers ask about most are Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and Hamilton. Each city page points you to the neighbourhoods where the buildings are.
With a condo, the building matters as much as the unit. The monthly maintenance fee, the reserve fund and the rules all affect what you pay and how you live, so we explain them in plain language and help you check the status certificate before you commit.
Browse for as long as you like. When you want to see a unit in person, ask about a building or find out what your own condo is worth, call, text or use live chat. A condo specialist answers.
Common questions
What kinds of homes are on Condo Connect?
Condominiums of every kind: high-rise and low-rise condo apartments, condo townhouses, lofts and penthouses, across Toronto, the GTA and the rest of Ontario.
What is a maintenance fee?
A monthly amount every owner pays toward running the building. It usually covers common-area upkeep, building insurance, management and the reserve fund, and often some utilities. It is separate from your mortgage and property tax.
What is a status certificate?
A package of documents from the condo corporation showing the building's finances, reserve fund, rules and any legal issues, plus the fees for the specific unit. Buyers normally have a lawyer review it before an offer goes firm.
Is it free to use?
Yes. Browsing, listing alerts, the calculators and a condo evaluation are all free, with no obligation.
Who is behind Condo Connect?
The site is run by Will Balo, a Realtor with RE/MAX Experts who works with condo buyers and sellers. Condo Connect is not a brokerage. When you are ready to buy or sell, you work with one of our preferred realtors who specialize in condos.
